Who this policy covers
Lisenar is an administrative dashboard used by its authorized operators to manage subscription records and related reports. This policy explains the information handled by the dashboard and its optional Google Drive database backup feature.
Information in Lisenar
The service stores and processes information entered or received for subscription operations. Depending on the records held by the operator, this can include subscriber phone numbers, subscription status and dates, charge history, application settings, and dashboard account details.
Google account and Drive data
If an authorized dashboard operator connects Google Drive, Lisenar uses Google OAuth to create and manage database backup files in a Lisenar backup folder in the selected Google account. Lisenar requests the drive.file permission, which allows it to work with files created or opened by Lisenar, rather than browse the account’s other Drive files.
- Lisenar receives an authorization token from Google to perform the requested backup operations. The refresh token is encrypted before it is stored on the Lisenar server.
- A backup is a compressed copy of the Lisenar database and may contain the subscription information described above.
- Backups are uploaded to the Google Drive account selected by the connecting operator. Lisenar does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
- The scheduled cleanup removes Drive backups older than the configured retention period, which is 30 days by default. The Drive account owner can also manage or delete the backup files in Drive.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to operate the dashboard, process subscription records, generate reports, and create or restore database backups. Google account authorization data is used only to provide the Drive backup feature. Information is not sold. Database backups are stored in the connected Google Drive account; access to that account and to Lisenar is controlled by their respective account credentials.
Security and retention
Lisenar uses access controls for the dashboard and encrypts the stored Google refresh token. Database backups contain operational data and should be protected as confidential. The operator should limit dashboard and Drive access to trusted people. Backup retention is configured by the Lisenar operator and defaults to 30 days for Drive backups.
Your choices
The authorized dashboard operator can replace the Google Drive authorization. The Google account owner can revoke Lisenar’s access from that Google account’s security settings and can remove backup files from Drive. If you are a subscriber and have a question about a record held in Lisenar, contact the organization that operates the service.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change. For questions about Lisenar’s handling of data, contact the Lisenar service administrator through the support channel used to access the dashboard.
